Robert Lidel , the director of the EU delegation  of political questions , justice and internal affairs, information and communications pointed out that the Union boosts  the participation of the non-governmental sector in  the pre-accession process.

Azis Polozani from the    Intercultural and political studies , Radmila Shekerinska , The president of the National Council for EU integrations, Zidas Daskalovski from the research and creating policy Centre and Goran Kalajdziev from the Institute of Helsinki of human rights protection .

The main goal was  form the event is the need for uniting and providing mutual performance in the non-governmental sector, good information and communication among the organizations, as well as the communication with the government and the foreign institutions. The intensive need of dialogue and sharing opinions is the biggest advantage in the role of the civil society in the euro integration.
