I’m honored that we signed this agreement ,said the president of Federation of Trade Unions of energy , Mr. Robert Simonoski.  Mr. Simonoski has also pointed out that this is a significant moment when for the first time , the rights of the workers from the companies  that deal with  energy  in the Private sector  are verified with the signing of the collective agreement . Moreover, the relations regarding the energy sector are being regulated to the purpose ,  because this is very significant for maintaining the working positions and the working conditions in this branch.

The Employers and the Branch Trade Union , together evaluate that with this event  , the social partners have audibly expressed inter understanding and they have shown certain interest for mutual rights and duties implementation, in particular regarding the working conditions, salaries, compensations , and occupational safety.
