The Organization of Employers of Macedonia –OEM in cooperation with the Regional  development agency of Senic-Pezinok from Slovakia in the last two years will realize project with basic creation of reforms and tools for reducing the unemployment in Macedonia. This project will be realized by the cooperation with the employers and the public sector. The main targets of the project are regional labour market analysis for the real purposes on the employers  regarding the qualified work force , strengthening the role and the position of OEM and practicing the European  reform tools by the Slovak experience . For achieving the goals and targets for which we will try to help in order to decrease the unemployment , it is very important  to create conditions for cooperation  and involvement of the representatives from the public institutions on central , local and regional level, because in the end we contribute to the effort of making big progress , i.e. poverty decreasing in our country.

The initial conference of the project “ Creation of the conditions for using the reform tools of EU in Macedonia via transfer of Slovak experiences “ which all of the stake holders are invited . This event will take plce on the 7^th of December from 10 – 12h. in hotel Tourist Best Western in Skopje.
