The Organization of employers in Macedonia, the only acknowledged social partner who represents the interest of the employers in the social dialog celebrated its 7th  year of its existence. At the solemn meeting, honorable guest was the ambassador of Slovakia, mr. Robert Kirnag who underlined that according to the experience of the Republic of Slovakia in pre assessment and negotiation  process, trust building, finding  joint solutions not only formally and for  minor issues but also for fundamental, non-partisan issues of national, state interest that are important investment for success. Therefore, it is necessary to change this perception of how institutions work, the ministries and other government bodies which need to stimulate  this relationships with the social partners and to bring into the policies adopted consensually made agreements.  Subject to such a consensus without any doubt is the issue of minimum wage which should encourage deep discussion and debate, especially between representative employers and labor unions.
