The role of the Council is consultative-advising and tripartite which means that this Council will be engaged for social issues , giving its own opinions, proposals and recommendations to the Municipality Council and to the rest of the institutions. The constituting of the Council is supported by the USAID net and YES net skills development for youth employment , in other words the Council will have to be more focused on the employment issues.

On the meeting , besides the social partners , the municipalities councilors, there were also the USA’s ambassador Paul Wohlers , State department of Europe and Europe-Asia Philip Reeker ,as well as participants from USAID and other organizations and institutions.
