International Labour Organisation
As a representative employers’ organisation, OEM represents the employers in the International Labour Organization based in Geneva and attend the annual World Conference. OEM is actively involved in various project activities with ILO intending to enhance the social bi-partite dialogue in the country.

EU – Macedonian consultative Joint Committee (JCC) of the civil society
OEM has two of four seats for the employers in this committee that considers issues of economic and social interest that are offered by both sides and are linked to the process of the EU integration, strengthening of cooperation between the EU and the civil society.  The committee consists of Macedonian employers’ associations, trade unions, NGOs and the members of the European Economic and Social Committee.
