On 26 of February ,2015 the president of the Organization of Employers of Macedonia, Mr. Angel Dimitrov and  the president of the Macedonian Association for Human Resources Ms. Christina Lozanoska signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation.

As common main objectives of cooperation were highlighted:

-araising awareness and workforce development

-participation in projects to encourage the development of human resources, particularly by improving the quantity and quality of human capital, leading to more and better jobs, higher growth and greater national competitiveness internationally.

– Set standards for the profession of human resources at the national level

-OEM Will strive to support the MHRA through institutions in the country, neighboring countries and the European Union by which has established cooperation and other activities
