The Employment Agency today established a Council of employers who will participate in the creation of employment policies, employment and labor market. It is the advisory body that should be a filter of all active measures for employment  of the Employment Agency before their application in the labor market.

The council members are representatives of 16 major companies from several sectors and six associations of employers one of them  is the Organization of employers of Makedonija.

According to director Mr Popovski, the Council was established because of the lack of quality workforce that can be offered to the  employers. Hopefully, he added, that the Council by the all major companies will contribute to the quality of the application of  all active measures in quality presentation of the workforce and creating their needs.

The proposal for the establishment of such a Council arose from the Government and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy for large companies and associations to provide input on how to develop active measures in the agency and the way in creating and educating the workforce they need their companies.
