Respected,
Representative of OEM is currently attending the Central and Eastern European Regional Training Course, organized by ILO. The training is held in Budapest, in the period between 25th and 28th of September 2018.
The course has the main objective of enhancing the capacity of participants to contribute to labour and social policy development at the national, regional, and international level. The course content will reflect the current concerns of the ILO and its constituents, and specifically aim to:
– increase awareness of ILO main goals and programmes;
– provide up-to-date evidence-based research findings on what works emanating from ILO publications;
– encourage an integrated approach to social and economic policies; and
– stimulate cross-national exchange of views and experiences among policy-makers and potential policy-makers.
As such this training will allow participants to become effective decent work practitioners and advocates of the ILO’s decent work agenda in their own field of expertise in their countries.
