The mayor of the municipality Toni Trajkovski said that the establishment of LESC  will benefit everyone. Gazi Baba is municipality with large number of financial objects and the working conditions must be very important. LESC will be serious instrument for information sharing among the local self-government, trade unions and the employers. It will also be a place for problems solving. He also added that in the work of the local council will also work the ESA, NGOs, the students, graduates, pensioners and other associations.

However, it is very important that the social dialogue and the establishment of LESC  happens in a  time of global  financial crisis, whereby Macedonia is an example for social dialogue development and institutionalization.
