On the meeting held today  , the president of SSM Zivko Mitrevski has pointed out that the purpose of the collective bargaining is to determine a framework which will prevent the eventual conflicts in the enterprises , to regulate the procedures of the disputes and to create pleasant climate in the business environment in general.

Zoran Mironovski , the president of the Trade Union for chemistry , non-metals and metals, reminded that all of the amendments are introduced in the Labour Code .On the other hand , in the General Collective agreement  regarding the branch collective agreements  it’s possible to have further  working rights enlargement. Briefly, with the collective agreements more rights can be introduced than in the general collective agreement and the labour code.
