In the period between May 15th to May 17th, a three-day training on “Digitalization of the labor market” was held at the Hotel Panoramika in Skopje.
The training, financially supported by the European Union, was organized by the Polish trade union “Solidarity”, and it was attended by trade union representatives from the Confederation of Free Trade Unions, representatives from the Polish trade union, representatives from the Organization of Employers of Macedonia and representatives from Macedonian companies that are members of ORM.
The training discussed the digitization of work processes, remote work and the balance between work and private life.
