On October 18, we had the honor to participate in the regional meeting of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) for Europe and Central Asia, including a dedicated training session for Adriatic and Western Balkan countries, upon the invitation of Special Adviser Pierre Vincensini.

 The training, led by Paolo Salvai from the International Training Center of the ILO, focused on negotiation, growth, and organizational development.

‍ Our representative, Marija Shekeroska, presented our organization and its activities before the members, highlighting the current developments and ongoing negotiations in the field of economic and social partnership. From the training, she returned with new knowledge and tools for successful negotiations. With enthusiasm and strong impressions, she shared recommendations for advancing our organizational growth, as well as insights on the development of the Economic and Social Council – aiming to foster better conditions for dialogue and partnership.
