On September 18, 2025, the final conference of the ProSDinWater project was held in Sofia, in which the Employers’ Organization of Macedonia is a partner organization.
At the event, the leading organization of the project was F “SIV”-“Podkrepa” presented the results of this extremely important and innovative project, which for the first time at the European level focuses entirely on social dialogue in the water sector. In addition to ORM, other partners in the project are SUTKOZ, the Maltese trade union GWU, FEMCA CISL from Italy, the Union of Water and Sewerage Operators in Bulgaria (SVikORB).
In 24 months, the project team managed to achieve all the set goals and create a solid base of analyses, reports and recommendations, conducted quality trainings and built a sustainable network of partners.
