On 27 October 2026, Vladanka Trajkoska, President of the Organisation of Employers of Macedonia (ORM), signed the Decent Work Country Programme for the period 2026–2030, reaffirming ORM’s commitment to promoting social dialogue and creating better conditions in the labour market.

The Programme was developed in cooperation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the social partners through tripartite consultations. It establishes shared priorities for addressing key labour market challenges.

For ORM, key priorities remain creating conditions for sustainable economic development, improving working conditions and promoting the implementation of international labour standards. Of particular importance are investments in education and vocational skills, human capital development, women’s economic empowerment and ensuring equal opportunities in the labour market.

ORM remains committed to constructive social dialogue and partnership in shaping policies that contribute to a more competitive economy, higher productivity and the creation of quality, well-paid jobs.
