The Organization of Employers of Macedonia , (October 2011- September 2013) will participate in the project Creation of the conditions for using the reform tools of EU in Macedonia via transfer of Slovak (COCURT) supported by the Republic of Slovakia , which represents transfer of experience on behalf of the Regional development agency (RDA) of the Bratislava region.
Main goal of this project is to contribute in decreasing the unemployment in the country through accelerating the cooperation of the employers and the public sector ( employment centres, professional educative institutions) and the non-governmental sector.
Through analysis implementation on the labour market, determining and analysis of institutions that offer trainings , i.e. centres for formal and informal vocational education , providing training for educators who will train the unemployed persons in accordance with the implemented researches an experimental center for trainings ( work force collector) will be formed.
Because of these activities and with the help of the Slovakian expertise and transfer of knowledge, the training program will be focused on further training of the labour market , and including of Macedonia in the EURES system ( European employment agency ) and ECVET ( European credit system for vocational education) , establishing new experimental centre for trainings , collector of work forces well as other programs for EU for support, development and education .
It is expected , 10 educators form the localized education centres to be educated for maintenance and further education or master degree of the unemployed persons in accordance with the selected needs of the employers and also from the unemployed persons from the following regions Skopje area, Vardar area, south-east region, Vardar region, east region and south-west).
The preparation of the educators will be additionally improved from the study visit in Slovakia. 60 unemployed persons will attend 5day specialized training based on the researches implemented in the abovementioned regions . According to the timetable the activities are on-going.
