Government undertakes activities and measures to reduce unemployment and improve the employability of unemployed youth. The new series of measures to encourage the employment of unemployed youth in the country is putting into legislation the possibility of exemption from payment of social contributions employers who will hire a yang person to 29 years.
With this option , private sector employers who hire unemployed persons 29 years of age with full -time , will be exempt from payment of contributions for mandatory social insurance , including:
– contribution pension and disability insurance ,
– contribution for health insurance
– contribution insurance in case of unemployment .
Exemption from payment of contributions for compulsory social insurance on a monthly basis refers to average gross salary for the previous year for a period of 12 months from the date of employment of the person. If the employer pays higher than average gross salary will need to perform additional payment of contributions for compulsory social insurance only difference over the average gross wage.
Besides relief from social security contributions and the employer is exempt from paying personal income tax on that person, the possibility of what already exists a legal solution. The total amount of exemptions for employers: 27 % due to social contributions and 10 % personal income tax, elimination of 37 %.
