The representative association of employers of banks  from OEM and the representative Trade Union have harmonized the Collective agreement of banks with the Labour Code and have signed the agreement of the collective agreement for regulation of the rights and obligations of the social partners of this area.

As lowest level of accounting currency of the employees employed  with regular working time and regular labour output in the organizations signers, have agreed the amount of net of 12,200.00denars.

The purpose of this collective agreement is to apply international labour standards, to make equal labour conditions on a branch level and to determine a certain framework of rights that should be available to the workers, whereby the loyal competition will be kept among the employers. As well as determination of a framework that will prevent the eventual conflicts in the companies, to regulate the procedures during disputes and to provide normal atmosphere in the business environment in general.
